Documentary Evidences of the Acknowledgement

A Historical acknowledgement by the Niagara Falls State Library for having accepted the Art Piece as their Museum exhibit. The wordings in the letter shows how generous and open the Canadians are

Acknowledgement by the Niagara Falls Library atr Canada

We have reached on 3rd October 2009 after obtaining Visa from Canadian Embassy. All the three of us that is, myself, my wife Sow Padmavathy Somidevi and our only son Chiranjeevi Maruti Rama Raghav visited New York specifically for this purpose and obtained Visa to visit Canada. Lot of effort was to be put up to contact the relevant departments of Government Organizations and many a times we were to visit the Niagara State Park in USA side and also at Canada Side.
When the idea was given to Mrs Majula Garu wife of Shri Bheemasankara Rao Telidevara at Texas, she accepted my suggestions and agreed to bring out the shape of Niagara Falls in Hindu deity form. Incidentally her hand was operated and she spent a tough time in a Hospital a week before the Holy Event day i.e. 3rd October 2009. She completed the work as per my design and sent the Art Paint duly framed through Fedex overnight services to reach me at Buffalo by 2nd October 2009.
In all more than Rs.4,00,000 might have been spent on this particular event either by me or by Mrs Majula Garu. It was an interest that Hindus worship water as per a traditional practice time immemorial and this is now taken a shape in a Western Country beyond the scope and expectations of a Hindu religious system far away from India.
Therefore it is a HISTORICAL EVENT AND THE ART PAINT IS RESPECTED AND PRESERVED IN THE STATE LIBRARY MUSEUM WHICH CAN BE SEEN BY ANY OF THE INDIAN FAMILIES OR HINDU FAMILIES FOR ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE. It is a culture in AMERICAN OR CANADIAN system to respect any item and preserve them for any longer and that way they preserve even a simple item and that is their culture. It is sure that that Art Paint is safe in the hands of Canada Library.

My dear friends and like minded persons

Let me share a very important news and event with all of you. Lord blessed me to create a theme to design Niagara Falls in the form of Hindu Divine Goddess and bring into a form of painting. It is my interest to worship the great Niagara Falls which is providing food and shelter to millions of people irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. It has been doing this since hundreds of years and it will continue to help people even for several hundreds of years ahead of us.

Hindus worship Ganga as a very sacred river and it is a Hindu tradition to worship the five elements called as PANCHA BHOOTAS and water is the main element as such the sacred rivers are worshipped primarily. Normally worshipping of a river is not a customary nor the western culture permits. Fortunately the Niagara Falls Park of the Canada Government permitted this unique and historical event and I consider myself and my family as very fortunate to worship the Holy Niagara falls shaping the same in the Horse Shoe falls of Canada Side and offering Jyothi and other items of Hindu tradition. This Holy event took place on the full moon day of Aswini Maas which is also considered as most auspicious since the Dasara Festival falls during this bright fortnight.

Mr. Andrews C Porteus, Manager of Adult Reference and Information Services, and Miss Inge Saczkowski, Manager of Children Services of Niagara Falls Public Library of the Canada Government received the Painting of HINDU NAYA GANGA (Niagara) with all honors and they were immensely pleased to permit giving Aarati to the Holy Niagara in the form of the Divine Hindu Goddess and it was a very eventful day in our lives. Thus WE are fortunate to be the first ever Hindu designing the Niagara into Hindu Divine Goddess and also giving Aarati to the Goddess of Niagara. Thus it is narrated as a privilege to each of the Hindu and it is particularly a HISTORICAL HONOR FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO STAY IN THE HISTORY OF FIRST DESIGNING THE NIAGARA FALLS IN HINDU GODDESS FORM AND ALSO WORSHIPPING IT IN THE HINDU TRADITIONAL WAY.

My wife Sow Padmavathy Somidevi and my son Chiranjeevi Maruti Rama Raghav helped me to create a theme and bring into a reality of handing over the Painting to the Canada Government while Mrs. Manjula Telidevara assisted by her husband Mr. Rao, Chiranjeevis Sidhardha and Shreyas brought this dream into a reality. Mrs. Manjula was hospitalized and her hand was operated last week and keeping in view of the time frame work she did complete the painting work to upkeep the time schedule. It is this great family who brought out the shape keeping in view of my theme.

Let each of us feel proud of this Holy moment and let us keep in our memories. For your information the Holy Niagara Falls releases 45.5 million gallons of water every minute and imagine its greatness.

I desire to have your comments on this Holy task.

Yours affly

American Falls and Horse Shoe Falls

This is the Main place called as Horse she Falls and this is in Canada. But "the maid of the mist" tour from USA also takes us to this point. Earlier we thought we must go to Canada after obtaining a Visa etc, but this point can be even seen from USA. Most of the other attractions are on Canada Side which can be more fully brought to you all through this blog.

This is another picture of the American Falls but the photograph is taken from canada side

This is called American Falls and the side small fall in this photograph is called as Bridal Fall. The in between land is called "Luna island" details of which are given in this blog separately.

This picture is taken from Canada Side and this is the American Falls view of USA side. From USA we can not take this picture and this particular photograph is taken from a window of a Hotel where we stayed in Canada.

Niagara Falls Worship

It is a wonderful and thrilling experience to me and my family - wife Mrs Padmavathy Somidevi and son Chiranjeevi Maruti Rama Raghav to visit Canada and enjoy seeing the great water falls of Niagara - a World famous fall. 45.5 million gallons of water is released every minute and the roar can be heard to a mile or a little more than a mile. Amazing experience thrilled us more particularly when we visited the falls under an attraction called "Maid of the Mist". We are taken very near to the water falls when the mist circles us and every one gets wet. The cool breeze and the chilling water makes us to forget shivering when we look at the majestic falls keeping our eye brows up. It is really a MAJESTIC nature. There are two kinds of falls and one is named as "American Falls" which is on the side of USA and the same is bifurcated into two - "American Fall" and the other one "Bridal Fall". The attractions on USA side and the Canada side differ though they are related to Niagara Falls. On the Canada Side we find Horse Show falls which is more wider than the American Falls. The Maid of the Mist boats either side take us beneath the falls in Horse Shoe Point falls. It is worth visiting at least once in a life time. I found a number of Indians visiting the place and in each occasion of my visit to the falls I found at least 30 -40% Indians and the rest from different countries across the globe. Let us go further and see some of the photographs before we go deep into the matter.
